The Principals closed a $6.2 billion transaction that consisted of approximately 330 properties totaling nearly 43.6 million square feet.  Responsibilities included loan administration, due diligence and the coordination of assumptions and payoffs with 23 servicers.  The transaction closed within a 60 day period.

Facilitated the $2.3 billion acquisition of 110 retail properties totaling 18.8 million square feet.  The Principals of CMAS assisted with the entire transaction and utilized its knowledge and expertise to close the deal within a 90 day timeframe.
